Privacy and personal data

If you create an account, only the following:

• Your email address — so you can log in and reset your password.
• Your username — shown under your reviews.
• Your password — hashed (irreversibly). No one, including us, can see it.
• The reviews and ratings you write.
• A beauty profile if you choose to fill one in (skin type, skin tone and so on). It is entirely optional and is used to surface the reviews most relevant to you.

If you browse without an account, we ask for no personal information at all.

The data lives in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. Who may read which record is enforced at the database level with Row Level Security rules: you cannot see another member's email address or draft review.

No one. Your information is never sold or shared for advertising. The site carries no third-party advertising or tracking code.

For two things only: keeping you logged in (if you have an account) and remembering your chosen theme. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Send us a request and your account and reviews will be deleted. Deletion cannot be undone. Contact: berkeguner0@gmail.com

Product names, images and prices in the catalogue are collected from the retailers' own public sources, and every product page states when the price was last seen. Prices change often; confirm with the retailer before buying.
